There may be some remote areas where our couriers are unable to guarantee delivery with in 24 hours. We will let you know by email or phone how long your delivery shall take.

We aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible! If you need your goods in a hurry, Express Delivery orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered in the UK the following working weekday (excluding Saturday & Sunday). Orders going to the UK by Standard Delivery will be delivered within the maximum of 5 working days and deliveries to the EU and rest of the World will reach you within a maximum of 7 working days once your order has been placed and payment has been authorised. We’ll email you updates to let you know how the delivery is going. (Excludes Bank Holidays and Festive Holidays where deliveries are subject to change).
Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book so that we can get in touch with you! If you don’t receive your order within the maximum delivery time for your country and if you’ve not received any tracking emails, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to track the order for you.
Aitken & Niven shall refund any excess postage & packing paid for if the parcel is under the weight stated. In this instance one of our customer services team shall email you confirmation of the refund.
Unsuitable or defective items can be returned for exchange to Aitken&Niven (the supplier) providing they are received within 30 days of the original delivery date in a new, unused condition (we understand that you will have to try on goods, where applicable, for size and fit) and accompanied by a completed returns form. We include a returns form in every order we send out. Where a change of mind or decision is made the consumer must pay for the cost of returning goods to Aitken&Niven. If the goods are proven to be faulty then Aitken&Niven will refund your postage costs.
The return of mail order goods can be made to any of our stores or by mailing them to the address below. We recommend that returned items are sent using an insured delivery service for your own protection.
